Unlike many self-help books, this one will not attempt to diminish you, break you down, or build you back up in the author\u2019s image. Rather, it is written as a set of respectful deliberations on self-improvement from one fundamentally decent, intelligent person to another, based on the author\u2019s own experiences and discoveries of approaches that truly work to achieve results.<\/p>\n

This is the Second Edition of The Best Self-Help is Free, <\/i>made available (of course) for free. The majority of this 85-page treatise was originally written in 2008. The Second Edition includes five new chapters, written in 2009 and 2012.<\/p>\n
